 KPL NEWS

We have said it before, and we will say it again. The Kite Park League is a team effort that is built and carried on the shoulders of our entire team. Without all of our key players and full-time staff, the KPL would be nothing more than a conceptualization built for the gods. However, we are somewhat of superior beings ourselves. With that analogy seared into your brain, we respectfully welcome you to day four of the Super Final.

Time and time again, Brazil never ceases to disappoint even the most fastidious of wind sport advocates. If you’ve never had the luxury of visiting the beautiful country of Brazil, let us be the first to inform you - you’re missing out. Within the microcosm world that is kiteboarding, there are very few places as remarkably consistent as the northern portion of Brazil. The steady, warm desert breeze warms the soul of any person who considers themself a wind enthusiast. From sunrise to sunset, the trade winds blow and create an ideal scenario for any premiere kiteboarding event, and day four was the embodiment of this paradigm.

The first riders in the water were the women, who began a portion of their final before the men’s semi-final entered the water and completed nearly the entirety of their riding. For day five, the semifinalists will complete their portion of the heat, the women’s final will be concluded, and if conditions allow, the men’s final will follow suit. At the moment, six of the eight men’s finalists have already been determined, while we patiently await the results of our last two riders who will transfer into the final from the semi-final. Currently, the men’s finalists include Jack Rieder, Ramiro Gallart, Ewan Jaspan, Maxime Chabloz, Noe Font, and Leo Verrecchia. Tomorrow, we anticipate crowning the women’s victors and quite possibly even the men’s champions. For the most up-to-date happenings and results, please follow our social channels.

As always, thank you for your time and your due diligence. We appreciate your support. Stay well, stay woke, and we will see you bright and early. Best wishes from our family to yours.

XOXO,

KPL Chief Editor

We have reached the summit! Welcome to day three of the Super Final presented by Knot Future, Duotone Kiteboarding, Slider Project, Fazendinha Adventure Park, and Lineup Pousada. When you look at a pyramid, its architecture is quite simplistic, yet it yields an astounding outcome. The base starts with many different pieces, and as it works its way to the top, fewer and fewer segments are used until, eventually, the final stone stands atop, acting as a crown jewel or the pinnacle of the collective fabrication. Well, ladies and gentlemen, if you didn't know, you do now: the KPL has reached the summit, and the Super Final is the culmination of all of our work, as well as the rider's dedication throughout the season. As with any significant endeavor, it takes the efforts of many to create an event of this magnitude, and if it weren't for our team's dedication to excellence, the KPL's familiarity with pyramid schemes would be unequivocally insufficient. However, that is simply not the case as we continue to dominate as the world's premiere contest conglomerate, all thanks to a team effort and the structural and financial sorcery of triangles… All jokes aside, our legal team's swift and lethal acts of diligence have kept us above water thus far and have projected for a long and prosperous future.

As one door shuts, another door opens. Practice is behind us, and the first day of competition is in the books. Of the three men's heats, heats one, two, and three all made their Super Final debut and showcased a level of astounding proficiency that has now become an industry standard. Due to time constraints, we were unable to finish the entirety of heat two and three, but the finalists and semifinalists from heat one have been archived, and the results can be found below. Of the seven rider heats, the top two finishers qualify directly to finals, while third, fourth, and fifth are carried into the semifinals, where they have the opportunity to battle for the two remaining spots in the eight-man final. For tomorrow's calendar, the morning will begin with the women's final, followed by the remaining portion of heat two and three.

For the most up-to-date happenings and results, please follow our social channels. The event is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. Brasilia Standard Time and tickets for live viewing can be purchased directly on-site or are included with every purchase made through the Knot Future website. Stay well hydrated because tomorrow, the men and women are gunna bring the heat. Over and out, chat soon. Day four dropping in tomorrow.

Best wishes,

KPL Chief Editor
